SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
1. Program Description
This messaging program sends appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications to customers who have booked an appointment with Helios Consulting through our website or scheduling forms and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent.
2. Cancellation Instructions
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to the number from which you received messages. Upon sending "STOP," you will receive a confirmation of your unsubscribe status. After confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, simply opt in again through the original method.
